	Hi-Tech uses 3 methods to eliminate and protect your home from termites. Microwaving- Heat is generated by a magnatron mounted on a tri-pod for easy access to walls floors and ceilings. Injections / Spraying- We use Termidor injections that spread like a virus in a termite colony to eliminate it. Tenting- If an inspector discovers heavy infestation, mostly inaccessible, fumigation will be recommended.

	PREMISE 2		TERMIDOR
	Used for treating localized areas of known subterranean termite activity. Great for trenching and soil drenching, also for treating wood. Premise works quite differently from other termiticide soil treatment products which are designed to repel or keep termites away from a treated soil area, rather than killing them. The "exposed" termites are able to readily spread the Premise chemical to "unexposed" termites during regular physical contact with other termites, particularly when working together in close proximity, grooming and feeding other termites, a regular function of their daily life. Tunneling termites cannot detect the Premise chemical which readily sticks to the termite's body. These termites remain unaffected for a few days, before sudden death occurs. Premise soil treatment chemical will remain in place for many years even after the existing attack on your property has been eliminated.		Elimination of 100% of termites in efficacy and envionmental test sites. Kills individual termites two ways : by contact and by ingestion. The technology of Termidor is an advancement over other termite insecticides that are only repellent barriers. Because Termidor is made up of a nonrepellent is is undetectable by termites. The termites can't see, smell, taste or avoid Termidor. Instead they contact, ingest, and share Termidor with others in the colonies. Repellent termite insecticides can be avoided by termites by their detection, Termidor solves that problem. When termites contact Termidor they transfer it ("transfer effect") to others in the termite colony. And because Termidor is a slow-acting termiticide, termites have plenty of time to spread it throughout their entire termite colony. Termidor can be 2-6 times faster than a bait system Termidor is long lasting. Government and other tests in the US and abroad have shown that in almost 9 years there has been no break or reduction in Termidor's effectiveness. Back to top ^
