Recently we scheduled a tent fumigation method on an
upscale condominium building in the Bankers Hill area.

As I told you over the phone, Dave does a great and very
thorough home inspection. He will find and point out
things which, if dealt with immediately (eg, dry rot),
will save you a lot of trouble and money. In addition,
Hi-Tech has the equipment to deal with infestations
which occur in enclosed spaces (such as walls) so that
tenting may be avoided. (Note: if there are too many
instances of infestation found then tenting may be
necessary.)
In addition, based upon my research, the treatment
methods used by Hi-Tech appear to be far more effective
than some others (for example, the use of orange oil).

termites and spread throughout the colony."
