Your Hi-Tech inspector is licensed by the California Structural Pest Control Board. He will identify all visible areas and type of termite infestation. He will also identify dry rot and termite damaged wood. This will be presented to you on a state registered termite report. We offer termite control services to the entire Southern California area especially serving Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego.

If only Subterranean Termites are found in the structure, tenting is not needed. A soil treatment using the state registered chemical Termidor is used. The termites come in contact with this virus type of termicide and spread it throughout the nest until it wipes out the entire colony. If ants enter into this nest foraging for termite eggs, they will suffer the same fate.

If Dry wood Termites are found in the structure a primary or tent fumigation is recommended. However, a local or secondary treatment can sometimes be used. Once our inspector has completed the inspection of the structure they will advise you of the infestations found and what options of treatment are appropriate for the structure.

The Hi-Tech Inspector will leave you with a bid for the treatment: this will be either a primary full structure tent fumigation or a secondary local treatment using Hi Tech's 20 year proven and state tested microwave system in conjunction with state approved chemicals. Hi-Tech uses only the best products money can buy, Temidor and Premise 2, time proven to be the most affective, locally injected product in the industry.

This means NO MOVE OUT. So you may not have to tent.

Our termite control company does not use ORANGE OIL. Other Orange County termite company's use it for one reason; IT'S CHEAP! It cost just penny's a gallon and is as flammable as lighter fluid. It will ignite at 118 degrees. Now do you really want someone injecting gallons of that stuff into your bedroom walls. NO, I think not.

If Wood Damage is found from termites or dry rot, Hi-Tech can provide you with a bid for the repairs. All work is done by Hi-Tech employees.

Fumigated structures receive a 3 year and local treatments a 2 year full-structure warranties that can both be renewed for as long as you are satisfied with Hi-Tech's service. They cover both Drywood and Subterranean Termites. All wood repair is covered by a 1 year warranty. All Warranties can be transferred to new owners.
