First, some termite infestations, particularly dry wood termites, require fumigation to rid a structure of the colony. While fumigation is an approved and sometimes necessary treatment approach, the termiticides used aren’t safe to breathe. That’s why customers have to leave their homes and take their pets with them until the fumigation is completed and the property is cleared.

If you have termites and you’ve been hesitant to call in a professional termite company because you’re wary of home fumigation, we’ve got good news. Thanks to advancements in termiticides and termite control processes, many infestations can be eradicated using environmentally safe termite control.

Low-toxic termite treatments provide a range of benefits:

  • Your family, pets, and even plants are able to remain at home when eco-friendly treatments are used.
  • Most of our termite treatments using this approach can be completed in a single day.
  • Our eco-friendly options are ideal for local termite treatment and control.

Localized Termite Treatment Options

Local termite treatments are an effective alternative to fumigation for many termite infestations and they could be just what your home needs. Localized termite treatment is when a structure is treated in various locations known to have a termite infestation. Not to be confused with termite spot treatments, which is a single application to a specific spot, localized treatments may also qualify for a full-structure warranty just like a fumigation treatment.
